Graduation, Cancellation of Registration, Freezing of Registration transactions will be carried out online through the OBIS system. Students who graduate before the 23-24 Spring Semester must start their procedures by calling the student affairs office or by coming in person. This situation does not apply to procedure of canceling and freezing registration.
