Receiving the exam papers delivered by the Instructors completely within the period specified in the academic calendar and the announcement of the exam results.
Acceptance of exam objection petitions, execution and conclusion of the evaluation process (suspension of grades)
Archiving the exam documents, storing them for 2 years and then performing the destruction process.
Suspension of relevant lecture notes following the determination of make-up exams by departments.
Analyzing the systematic difficulties that students have experienced during the course registration period by transfering them to related institutions.
Directing students to make course registration approvals.
Processing of adjustment and exemption procedures of students performed by departments into the system.
After the students of the double major program submit their application to the dean / director for exemption procedures, it is processed into the system by the decision of the board of directors and course registration procedures and control of the compliance of the double major program process with the legislation.
The management of all internship processes of students and provision of related documents
Processing and announcement of single course and grade raising exams into the system.
Management of the process of Summer school (such as course registration, registration, exams, etc.).
Management of all procedures related to registration, exemption and document confirmations of international students.
Identification and control of curriculum and academic calendar to the system.
Archiving of student files and tracking of documents.
Execution of temporary graduation and diploma procedures of students.
Answering and forwarding the questions sent by the students to our corporate e-mail address.
To solve the problems that students encounter during the educational process or to direct them to a unit that can solve them.
Determination of quotas and submission to the Management for approval and processing to the YÖK database (ÖSYM General, Horizontal /Vertical transfer, International Student Quotas)
Tracking and management process of all announcements made by YÖK through YÖKSIS.
Controlling and processing the student disciplinary procedures into the system, preparation of files for Higher Education Council audit.
Conducting internal and external correspondence.
To carry out the registration deletion and registration freezing procedures of the students.
To carry out the student affairs department's part of the preparation process for the YÖK audit and to submit all questions and documents related to the department to the audit committee when requested during the audit.
