SSS — Sıkça Sorulan Sorular

(1) Students who have succeeded in all of the courses shown in the curriculum and who have achieved GANO level to at least 2.00 and graduated, will be awarded a bachelor's degree or associate degree also diploma supplement. (2) Students who are entitled to a diploma must obtain a certificate of disconnect the relevant from units in order to receive their diploma.

Students may appeal to the exam results within one week of the announcement of their grades. The appeal is made with a petition to the student affairs. If a material error is detected as a result of the examination made by the relevant teaching staff, this error will be corrected. If it is found that there is no material error, the situation is handled by the teaching staff and the result is informed to the relevant student. Objections shall be finalized no later than fifteen days after the date of acceptance of the student's appeal.

Course registration must be done on the dates specified in the academic calendar. First of all, the lessons are taken. The course registration form must be approved by the advisor. Lessons can not be taken if there are compulsory courses. In case of conflict, the course that needs to be taken first is repeated.

University or meeting representing Turkey with the Rector's approval, sports, the arts or students participating in similar activities are not taken into account in the days of absenteeism in these activities. Apart from this, no excuse will be accepted including the medical report on attendance.

Students who can not enter due to their illnesses in the midterms apply for a written notification of their excuse and reports from state hospitals and within one week following the exam date. Students whose reports are approved by the relevant board of directors will use their exam scores on the dates specified in the academic calendar. A second excuse for examinations is not granted.

Continuation is obligatory; the total period of education in the semester is at least 70% for theoretical courses and 80% for practical courses. A student who fails to fulfill the obligatory attendance of a course for any reason, including a suspension from the University with a report or disciplinary penalty, shall be deemed as failed in the semester.
