The information registered in our university’s system and the information on your residence permit
card need to be the same. If you suspect that there is a mistake, you need to go to the Provincial
Directorate of Immigration and get it corrected. And if there has been any change in your
information, you need to come to Student Affairs and get it updated. Otherwise, the university
will not be responsible for the incorrect information that will appear on documents that have
information from your identity information (student approval document, temporary graduation
certificate, diploma, etc.)
