About 2019-2020 Summer School

OUR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS'
COURSE AND CONTINUING CONDITIONS IN SUMMER SCHOOL

Course registrations for students of our university will be made through OBIS.

Students will first make their course choices through the OBIS and then make their payments.

Students who do not pay until the end of the course registration period will be deemed invalid.

Our university fees for T.C. Students;
Tuition Fee per Course 250, - TL

For the Preparatory Class Students of Our University;
All Prep Class Courses Summer Tuition Fee 250, - TL

For the University Students who exceed;
Summer Education Fee Per Credit 300, - TL

T.C. Students of other Universities of Turkey ;
Summer Education Fee Per Credit 600, - TL

For Foreign Students of Our University;
Summer Tuition Fee per Course 70, - USD

For Another Universities Foreign Students;
Summer Tuition Fee per Credit 100, - USD

In summer education, the student can take the courses that he has not taken in the lower semesters, he has not been able to take the right to take the exam, or he has failed or he/she wants to take to increase the grade point average (GANO).

In summer education, a student can take a maximum of 4 courses, including courses taken from other Universities.
Except for those whose valid excuse (such as death, illness, accident) is accepted by the relevant Board of Directors, adding, dropping, and withdrawing courses are not applied in summer School. Students who took the course but do not attend the course are given to the system by giving the letter grade FF regardless of the grade in the normal period of the course.

Taking Upper-Class Lessons in Summer School;

Students who have successfully completed all the courses of the lower semester with a GANO of 3.00 or above can take 1 course, and students with a GANO of 3.50 or above can take 2 courses. Students who wish to take courses must apply to their secretariat during the course registration period. Students taking the number of upper-class courses specified in the fall or spring semester of the 2019-20 academic year cannot take courses from the upper class in summer education.

OUR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS '
COURSE REQUIREMENTS FROM OTHER UNIVERSITIES IN SUMMER EDUCATION

If a course cannot be opened in the summer school, within the scope of the procedures and principles regarding the summer school determined by the Senate, the equivalence of the credit and content of the related course can be obtained from another university upon the decision of the relevant board of directors, provided that the head of the department is deemed appropriate and the local credit is not less than the local credit of the related course.
In accordance with the decision of the Higher Education Executive Committee of Summer University students who will take courses from another higher education institution; It is decided to accept these courses taken by the university if the student takes courses in summer education from the university where a program higher than the base score of the university is given in the relevant year. COURSES FOR OTHER UNIVERSITIES STUDENTS FROM OUR UNIVERSITY

Students who document that they are students in other higher education institutions can take the courses opened in the summer education of the University. Selected course registrations cannot be canceled; however, students who register to the courses that are not opened because they do not provide the number of people and who pay the fee can be canceled and their fees can be returned.
Students will apply to the Rectorate Building Registrar's Office between 13.07.2020 - 16.07.2020 with a Student Certificate and 1 Photograph.
