Announcement of the Council of Higher Education on International Student’s Document Completion Procedures:

By taking into consideration that there is a possibility that the university registration of international students, who were registered to a university in Turkey in the 2020-2021 Academic Year, who are given time to submit their original signed high school diploma and equivalency certificate until May 14, 2021, but have not submitted them yet due to pandemic, lockdowns and continued restriction on international flights, may be canceled;
In the meeting of the Turkish Council of Higher Education Executive Board dated April 21, 2021, it has been decided that in case the international students, who have not submitted their original signed high school diploma and equivalency certificate to the university to which they are registered, submit their these original documents to the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in the country where they reside at the latest May 14, 2021, temporary registration of these students will continue until the documents are sent to the universities they are registered, and the registration of those who do not submit their original signed high school diploma to the embassy or consulate will be canceled.
